It was 2006. Close friends gathered for a milestone birthday celebration in Cabo San Lucas, mexico. The magical weekend ended with a New Orleans-inspired second line in the streets of Cabo (surely, a first). So much fun was had that the friends decided to do it again the next year. Those friends told other friends, and a travel movement was born.
